These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and any purchases made from SoberShop (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing our site and/or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.
1. ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE
By placing an order, you confirm that:
  • You are at least 18 years old
  • All information provided is accurate and complete
  • You are authorised to use the chosen payment method
2. PRODUCTS & DESCRIPTIONS
  • We sell physical wall art prints and framed artwork only
  • All items are made-to-order
  • Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes
  • Maximum product value is £135
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice.
3. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is taken at the time of purchase through Shopify’s approved payment providers. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or production issues. If payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.
4. ORDER PROCESSING & PRODUCTION
Once your order is placed:
  • Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once sent to production
  • This includes changes to the shipping address
  • Average production time:
    • UK: 5 business days
    • EU: 10 business days
You are responsible for ensuring that all order details, including delivery address, are correct at checkout.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, including:
  • Artwork
  • Designs
  • Images
  • Branding
  • Text
  • Logos
is the intellectual property of SoberShop and may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, or resold without written permission.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product (up to a maximum of £135)
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website operation
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights under UK law.

7. CUSTOMER CONDUCT
You agree not to:
  • Use our site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Reproduce or resell our products without written permission

8. FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control including (but not limited to):
  • Natural disasters
  • Supplier failure
  • Courier strikes
  • Power outages
