How long until I receive my item?

For framed prints in the UK, delivery typically takes 4–7 business days total.

Which consists of:

A 24hr window for any changes to the order you need to make

Production - 1 business day (printed locally in the UK)

And Shipping - 2–5 business days after dispatch.

We print from our London facility for UK orders, meaning:

No customs delays and faster delivery than companies using international printing facilities.

We would like to emphasise that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier schedules, peak seasons, or public holidays. Couriers, bless them, can be a law unto themselves when the going gets tough, as you probably know. But we will always endeavour to keep the the schedule above.

 

What Materials are used for the Wall Art?

Fine Art Paper Prints - For Print Only orders, and Framed Orders:

Premium natural matte fine art paper (230gsm) - heavier than the average print!

Museum-quality giclée printing - this is good.

Archival-grade paper for long-lasting colour.

Smooth matte surface for enhanced depth and clarity.

Printed using calibrated professional workflows for accurate colour reproduction.

Frames

Handmade wooden frames from Italy.

Solid wood or high-grade composite materials.

Available in black or white wood.

Fitted with premium plexiglass for longer life and safer carriage. Plexiglass is a super clear, lightweight and shatterproof alternative to glass.

Prints are despatched in a sturdy Roll Tube, Frames come fully assembled in well packed boxes and include fixings.

 

What sizes do you offer?

Print Only Dimensions:

A4: 21 × 29 cm

A3: 29 × 42 cm

A2: 42 × 59 cm

A1: 59 × 84 cm

Framed Dimensions - Important Please Read Carefully:

The Frame dimensions are the same as above - however the print size is reduced to fit the frame. So when you order an A4 framed print, the Frame will be A4, and the print within will be reduced to A5. When you order an A2 framed print, the Frame will be A2 and the print within will be A3. This is to allow for the size of the mountboard and the thickness of the frame. It allows you to fully understand the space required on your wall. All Framed measurements refer to the outside edge of the frames, not to the print size.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because all products are made-to-order, we operate a strict no-cancellation, no-modification policy once production begins.

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once sent to production. However we build in a 24 hour window for any changes of mind on frame, content, size or address before production begins.

Shipping address changes

Size changes

Frame changes

We print locally from multiple facilities, this depends on your location:

UK: London

EU: Barcelona & Prague

This ensures faster delivery and avoids customs delays.

 

Do you accept returns or refunds?

We operate a no-returns policy as all products are made-to-order, unless of course the Wall Art is damaged, or faulty.

We do NOT offer refunds or returns for: Change of mind / Incorrect size selected / Incorrect colour selected / Customer ordering errors / Minor print variations

Returned Due to Address Errors

If an order is returned due to: Incorrect address  /Multiple failed delivery attempts/ Customer refusal of delivery, the product will destroyed by the carrier, and no refund will issued.

What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you are entitled to an immediate and free replacement, or a full refund.

To qualify for replacements or refunds, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery. Because of this, if the Wall Art is a gift we urge you to check it as soon as you receive it, rather than storing it until it is presented.  

You will need to provide: 

Clear normal and close up photographs of the damage, both of the Wall Art and of the box it arrived in

Your Order ID

Claims submitted after 14 days of delivery may not be accepted.


Can I track my delivery?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and a tracking link from the courier.

Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier once your order is in transit.
