Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Because all products are made-to-order, we operate a strict no-returns policy.
We do not offer refunds or returns for:
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected
  • Incorrect colour selected
  • Minor print variations
  • Customer ordering errors
Undeliverable / Returned Orders
If an order is returned due to:
  • Incorrect address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Customer refusal of delivery
The product will be destroyed by the carrier or fulfilment partner, and no refund will be issued.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you are entitled to:
  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund
To qualify, you must:
  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery on studio@sobershop.co.uk
  • Provide:
    • Clear photographic evidence of the damage
    • Your order ID
Claims submitted after 14 days may be refused.
